We as many people suffer from sleeping and this is due to our Insomnia. How can we get over it?
Let me explain with this few simple hacks that will make you sleep better in all ways.
1. Blackout blinds:
Blackout blinds will help you set the mood for sleep. Your brain is now polluted with blue lights and other sources of lights; to remove that away from your brain’s synapses, you need to have a full pitch dark room; this will help you the most.

2. White noise generator:
According to many studies, there is a device called a white noise generator that emits a certain frequency of sound that is soothing to the brain. This device will make your brain’s cognitive function to notice that your body is about to take rest. Never use this device for an afternoon nap.

3. Use a scented diffuser:
A vaporizer is good for many reasons, but if you make your bedroom that much more pleasant to smell, it will make you feel more relaxed. It will make sure that you will not feel nose congestion in the middle of the night. Make sure to get either lavender essential oil or eucalyptus essential oils. This will aid you in for a night of better sleep.

4. Smart Bulbs after 6pm:
Use smart bulbs like Phillips hue or another favorite brand of yours to make your room lit with it. Why a smart bulb, you might ask; after 6 pm, the sun naturally sets. We need to mimic that for our brains, so blue lights are out of the question. Turn the light bulbs to red since it has the lowest emission of blue light spillage. This will help you to sleep better and put you up for the mood to sleep.
5. Use night mode on your phone after 6pm:
Always after 6 pm, use your phones and laptops sparingly. Make sure to turn on the night mode, which will make your screen go yellow tint that will make your screen emit less blue light emission. This will only work up to a certain limit since it is not foolproof. After 9 pm, set it aside and start to sleep.
6. Take a warm bath with epsom salt:
Before going to bed, take a warm bath with Epsom salt. If you have a bathtub, then your lucky. Carry a thermos flask with you in the bath with ice water filled in and rehydrate yourself inside the bath; this will make you relaxed.
7. Silicone ear plugs:
Get comfortable soft silicone earplugs that will reduce any traffic noises that will make you stay awake all the time. These earplugs can be used for the first month, but you will get the rhythm as time and habit succumb.

8. Chamomile tea with Apple Cider Vinegar and Unfiltered honey:
Make a concoction of high-quality chamomile tea and add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 tablespoon of Unfiltered Honey. This is a recommendation by Tim Ferriss, as I once read on his blog. I tried it, and it works wonders. Tim and I don’t know how this will put us to sleep as long as I’m getting my sleep no worries from my side.

With these tips, you can make your sleep as much as comfortable as possible. One great hack before leaving I can tell is. Throw out the tube lights in your rooms and buy smart bulbs and always set at the warm temperature color setting.
